He is not an MBA, MCA or CA. he studied till seventh standard only and started doing labour in a factory because of poor financial condition of his family. By doing labour and hard work he saved money and with that sum of money he started a general store. After 6-7 years he thought that he should start dealing in cement so he started a new business in 1983. With the passage of time and with his hard work he expanded his business. then in 1992 he got dealers license from ACC. He successfully achieved the targets set by ACC. After that he established himself as a wholesale dealer of ACC cement.
The main reason behind his success is that he is very simple and down to earth. He has achieved this position because of his hard work and now even at the age of 62 still he is very dedicated to his work. He goes to market on daily basis and directly interacts with his clients and takes orders from them.
